  • A booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received. Full payment is due one week prior to delivery or collection.

  • Our standard hire period is 24 hours ONLY. Late returns will be charged at a daily hire rate until items are returned.

  • Yes, clients are welcome to collect and return items directly from our Upper Orara studio by prior arrangement. Alternatively, we offer delivery (fees apply).

  • Silverware MUST NOT be placed in the dishwasher, and not left overnight with food on them. All silverware pieces must be handwashed only and returned rinsed and free from residue. Plates and cutlery can be dishwasher-cleaned.

  • Cancellations more than 30 days before booking receive a full refund. Within 14 days, a 50% refund is provided. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
